Garden Locations
Brook Lodge
Location: Hampshire, SO24
Brook Lodge is a semi-secluded four bedroom detached family home set in one acre of gardens and having recently undergone a thorough but sympathetic renovation programme to create a beautifully paired back farmhouse style interior, with many authentic and interesting elements.
The interiors of the property are neutral throughout and floors have been taken back to the exposed boards. At the far end of the hall is the grand living, kitchen, and dining room. With a partial double height ceiling reaching into the eaves of the building, this is a vast room with a real sense of space and light.
Bosham
Location: West Sussex, PO18
An incredible new build, Grand Designs location home in West Sussex on a 1.5 acre site, with the most beautifully landscaped gardens.
The main home is formed of two parts; a two storey component anchors into the ground with a flint plinth whilst its smaller single storey sister hovers over a newly constructed Natural Swimming Pond. These two parts of the building are connected by a glass link which floats over water, this further detaches the single storey part of the building accentuating its uniquely intimate relationship with the site’s waterscape and nature.
