A 2,000 sq ft former stable turned unique botanical wonderland. Located on the 5th (top) floor, the apartment boasts the original interiors from the 1930’s including beech plywood veneer panelled walls, original timber and concrete floors and the original kitchen and bathroom. The living space is bathed in natural light and opens directly to the vast roof terrace which has far reaching views across the rooftops and towards central London.
Pear Tree House

Internally the ground floor is almost entirely open plan. Vast ceiling heights and generous expanses of glass provide a striking interior with long sight lines through the home, and fantastic natural light throughout the day.
