Farmhouse Shoot Locations
Valley Farmhouse
Location: Shropshire, SY7
Valley Farmhouse’ is a late 18th Century farmhouse retaining many original and quirky features and restored with the lightest touch. Set in an idyllic hidden valley in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
Secluded garden and grounds extending to 3 acres full of mature trees and shrubs, picturesque hidden corners, secret places and a field of wild grasses. 1930s swimming pool with flagstone surrounds and fine greenhouse.
The house has painted beamed ceilings and original flagstone and hardwood floors throughout. Open fires and fire surrounds of architectural interest. The house flows easily from one room to the next and has an unusually open feel for its age. Old fashioned larder, pantry and cellar. Adjacent orangery is flooded with light and has double doors on two aspects.
Cheam Park
Location: Surrey, SM3
A delightful, characterful home with paired back, minimal interiors. Accepting paint and decorate shoots, it is a perfect blank canvas for interiors brands to create multiple different room sets.
From the exterior, this is an untouched Georgian Rector’s location house with a pretty English garden. The interiors were renovated in 2018, installing new floors to the entrance hall, and a new kitchen. The old wallpapers were stripped, walls repaired and painted, and the light fittings replaced. The interiors remain minimally furnished allowing for a great deal of flexibility to use the space.
The Farmhouse
Location: East Sussex, TN20
A beautiful 7 bedroom newly constructed Georgian style farmhouse, with indoor pool and leisure complex, tennis courts, landscaped gardens and vineyard.
Although this is a new construction, the property’s interior is filled with personality and charm. The quality of finish is second to none and a great deal of effort has gone into creating an elegant but lived in feel. Lots of traditional and period details have been added which has created a property with many layers and areas of interest.

Wisteria House
Location: Bedfordshire, MK44
A house of three parts; a Georgian house, a former bakery and a cart barn. The property is centred around a mature walled garden and cleverly stitched together to form an attractive home with both period and contemporary features. Stretching to almost 3,500 sq ft, the property also includes two creative studios.
The entrance hall is typically Georgian with contemporary touches. The sitting room leads off the hall, a large room with high ceilings and original french doors opening out to the garden. The study also leads off from the hall and through which access is provided to the inner hall that leads to the more contemporary areas of the house; the kitchen and dining room, the small snug area, and eventually to the double height studio space located in what was the old cart barn.
Ludlow House
Location: Shropshire, SY8
Beautiful Queen Ann house set in large rambling gardens with old stone paths, rolling lawns, old topiary, wooded area, brook, paddock and tennis court. The house is full of character with original wide oak floor boards and working fire places in the majority of rooms. Natural light floods the house filling the airy, large rooms.
There are eight spacious bedrooms decorated in a mix of distressed antique Swedish and French farmhouse furniture. The majority of bathrooms have original fittings, roll-top baths and working fireplaces. The house is full of a mixture of quirky vintage and antique objects, vintage industrial objects and distressed antique French and Swedish farm-house furniture.
