Springhill Lodge

An architecturally designed Cotswold stone country location house with large green oak frame barn attached.
Boasting far reaching countryside views from all rooms, the real showstopper is the double height vaulted sitting room with exposed oak frame. The perimeter is completely glazed and this space is flooded with natural light. The contemporary log burner provides a central focal point in the room.
Kibworth Lodge
Location: Market Harborough, LE8
Kibworth Lodge is a new build, contemporary barn location with generous proportions and sleek, minimal interiors.
The main living space boasts a double height ceiling that reaches into the eaves of the roof space. It creates a dramatic feeling of space from a double height ceiling, with fantastic natural light from both north and south aspects. The open plan layout provides an extremely large kitchen, configured in a u-shape.
Shiplake Barn
Location: Henley on Thames, RG9
A large, newly built barn location with spacious open plan living spaces and beautiful landscaped gardens with outbuildings.
The property comprises large entrance hall with galleried first floor landing above, stone floors, exposed brick walls and oak beams. Directly off the entrance hall is the open plan kitchen, dining, and family room. A large room with a vast expanse of windows enjoying views over the gardens and terraces which surround the home. A small reading area next to the log burner creates a cosy spot with the exposed brick wall behind.
Shaftesbury

Surrounded by undulating landscapes and in an elevated position this 4,800sq ft, 5 bedroom location house in Dorset based upon a simple barn structure formed from a steel frame and wrapped in concrete and Siberian larch. Entirely off-grid the contemporary eco-home is powered by solar panels and supported by a battery bank and backup generator.
With a largely open plan interior the entrance opens to a wide hall with views reaching the length of the barn, allowing glimpses into the elements that make up the main living areas. At the far end of the hall is the grand living, kitchen, and dining room. With a partial double height ceiling reaching into the eaves of the building, this is a vast room with a real sense of space and light. Wide glazed openings help to flood the room with natural light. The cleverly zoned space provides a cosy sitting area centred around a feature fireplace.
Olive Court
Location: Oxon, OX7
Olive Court is lovingly restored early 18th century Grade II listed cotswold stone house. A row of outbuildings creates a Mediterranean feel courtyard to the side and rear of the property. The driveway has parking for 4 cars. The front of the house is covered with a mature wisteria.
The barn has been recently restored and features exposed A frame oak beams with original wood panelling and exposed stone walls. There are large glazed double doors creating lots of natural light. There is a small kitchenette and loo/shower room. A mezzanine level allows shoots from an elevated position into the barn.
