Being a shoot location can be fun and financially rewarding, but not all homes will make the cut. Our portfolio is specifically centred around inspirational property, with the odd ‘unusual’ location thrown in for good measure.
We look for things like: spacious living areas, large kitchens with good natural light, and a hob in the island is always a bonus! Hard floors is a basic requirement for most hires, so if your home has a different carpet in each room, then it’s likely not going to be very popular. A good bathroom is a regular request, and things like a freestanding or roll-top bath. Off street parking is desirable but not essential. You should be open to allowing clients to paint and decorate – on the understanding that all will be returned as found.
It costs nothing to get in touch to discuss your home, and it’s potential as a shoot location. All we need are some photographs initially to get an idea of the property (iPhone images are fine).
