Based within a transformed 1960's industrial warehouse location, this ground floor blank canvas offers ultra-flexible space and has been designed with adaptability at it’s core. With the benefit of an onsite management team on hand, the space can be used in a multitude of different ways, including photography and filming, events and brand experiences, ticketed events and conferences.

The space is just under 8,500sq ft in total and can accommodate events for up to 700 people standing. This can be increased to 1600 people if the bar area is hired in addition to the main space.
