Good access via double doors. Large original Crittal windows on two sides. Works well for sound (although not sound proofed).
The space can be split into two studios with large sliding doors.
Nearest Rail: Farringdon (Elizabeth, District, Circle, Metropolitan)
Parking: No parking but easy drop off and a van can get right to the door.
